Warranty claims for Andriel computer systems (systems bearing the Andriel name) should be initiated via an email to warranty@andriel.com.  Please include your full name, phone numbers (day & evening), and a detailed description of the issues you are having.  If a hardware failure has occurred, Andriel Systems will warrant the components for the duration of the warranty contract.  Be prepared to fax a copy of your original dated invoice upon response from Andriel Systems.

Software Warranty:

All software is warranted from the manufacturer.  Please forward all software issues to the software owner.

Other Items:

All items sold by Andriel Systems other than Andriel Computer Systems (systems bearing the Andriel name) are independently manufactured.  Please consult the manufacturer for warranty claim processing information.  Please retain your receipt from your Andriel purchase as your proof of purchase for warranty claims.  Items bought at www.Andriel.com will receive an email receipt at the time of purchase.  This is the only receipt you will receive from Andriel Systems.  Please retain this receipt for your records.
